[אלו הדפים שנוספו: עז-פ, פו-פח, קה-קז] \n \n הסידור נתון בכריכת עור מפוארת, ניכר על כל דף מדפיו שהשתמשו בו רבות ושפכו בו לב כמים, כאמור, ככל הנראה, אחד מרועי החסידות בדורות הראשונים, כפי הידוע והמקובל. \n \n ככל הידוע, מעט יותר מעשרה ספרים בלבד הודפסו בדפוס ראדוויל, ובמרכזם ובראשם סידור זה שלפנינו, לשמו ולזכרו תאוות נפשות שוקקות יראי אלוקים אנשי אמת. \n \n בדף השער, כתבו המדפיסים כי הוא נדפס בשנית, אולם לא נמצא מעולם סידור אחר שנדפס בדפוס ראדוויל. לפיכך הסיקו רוב החוקרים, כי תיבות אלו נכתבו למען הצענזור שלא הרשה להוסיף ולהדפיס ספרי תפילה לעם בני ישראל, למען ענותו בסבלותם, על כן הדגישו כי זהו דפוס שני. על דף השער עצמו נכתב כי הסידור נדפס ברשיון הצענזור אקדעמיא מווילנא, ועל כן תולים בו כמה וכמה חסרונות מכאיבים, כפי שנכתב במאמרים ובשדה ספר. \n \n זהו הסידור הראשון בעולם שנקרא סידור ספרד !
